About the game:

Throughout the game you only play as one character. You need to reach your room which is on the last floor and to do that you have to collect dolls which are scattered around each floor. While collecting the dolls you also have to  go through mazes and complete puzzles. There are also three other characters one of which is the manager of the hotel who is friendly and helpful and the other two are not so friendly and do not welcome you or want you inside the hotel.     

Description:

You have booked a room in the Cosy Hotel and after arriving you have been given a key to your room. After entering one of the lifts and pressing the button for the top floor you realise the key that was given to you was actually for the next floor instead. After entering the next floor you become aware that this is not a normal hotel and to reach your room you have to go through all the floors by collecting dolls and going through mazes and completing puzzles. The hotel is also watched by other characters who don't like guests and will make sure their experience is not pleasant while staying there. While going through each floor these characters will appear from time to time to scare you off and try make you leave the hotel.

How to play:

Important: 
Be aware of some jump scares and loud noises (recommended volume 45% to 50%)

W, A, D, S to move around / Space bar to jump / E to interact  / 1 to save game

At the start of the reception level the player will have the option to find a doll by solving a puzzle. This is a tutorial for the player before going into the other levels.

Collect enough dolls to reach your room. 

If your save does not trigger inside the game folder then go to:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\TheCosyHotel\Saved 

Please note this was all done for fun and in my spare time as I have a full time job.
